The Paret, an object that has become a symbol of Manigod! A wooden sled with a single runner and a small seat that you straddle with your feet in contact with the snow. Light, handy and safe, its use is ancestral. The local kids used it to hurtle down the snowy slopes. A dynamic association defends the Manigod sledge: Le Paret de Manigod. Today, you can buy these home-made sleds at Snow Universe, Manigod's distributor, as well as its modern version, the yooner, at TSL Outdoor. During the high winter season, competitions are organized regularly, every month, on the slopes of Le Merdassier. A real institution not to be missed!
