Alexandre Baule heads this Michelin-starred gourmet restaurant. Drawing his inspiration from the natural surroundings, the chef works with seasonal produce: wild sea and lake fish, crayfish from Lake Geneva, pig from the Monts du Cantal, Bresse poultry and a selection of beauforts. In late spring, the restaurant opens onto a vast terrace with views of Mont Blanc. In the Bistrot, customers meet more informally for lunch, dinner, reading or a game of chess.
