CHALET LE FORESTIER
Mythical high altitude restaurant with a menu of traditional mountain dishes revisited by the talent of the chef.
A mythical altitude restaurant from the 1960s which saw French stars rub shoulders during the shooting of the film Les Liaisons dangereuses. Formerly a mountain pasture farm from 1897, this chalet has become a chic restaurant, the third address in Megève of the three-starred chef and Meilleur Ouvrier de France, Emmanuel Renaut. A la carte, traditional mountain dishes revisited with talent: porcini mushroom soup with onion, féra croquettes, meat pâté in a crust, tagliatelle with deer Bolognese sauce..., to finish with equally delightful desserts
