LA SAUVAGEONNE - CHEZ NANO
Chic restaurant with a very festive atmosphere offering some dishes with Thai accents.
This is a chic establishment where you can meet for the beauty of the place, its very festive "show-biz" atmosphere but also for Jean-Marc Fanara's cuisine. Be careful, the somewhat distant welcome should not take away all its charm from this magnificent and old farm barn, perfectly renovated, which offers a room with an exposed framework and a stone fireplace, like an authentic postcard from yesteryear. For the anecdote, it is in these places that the local cigar smokers' club meets in the adjoining smoking room - of course the cigar cellar is substantial. But instead, you will come and sit on the sunny terrace in the heart of nature or in the warm and cosy room, around a table that offers a high quality bourgeois cuisine. Poultry livers in raspberry vinegar, blueberries and spinach sprouts or an organic egg scramble with black truffle; traditional Bresse poultry with winter vegetables or line sole with kalamansi sweet lemon; to finish with breathtaking soufflés with dark chocolate and genepi or even an exotic fruit pavlova. A few dishes with Thai accents complete this gourmet menu. In the evening, the bar comes alive and the evening continues with dancing! In the summer, the team meets in Ramatuelle in the second restaurant of La Sauvageonne.
