TOQUICIMES
In this village resort, which now has 4 starred restaurants - including one run by the prestigious chef Emmanuel Renaut, MOF with three stars -, for the second year running, there is an event for mountain cuisine, which is so popular in the heart of the Hauts-Savoyards: Toquicimes. Tasting, rissoles competition, fondue and Savoy cake (with the highly publicised Haute-Savoyarde Mercotte), amateur activities and workshops, conferences and cooking courses given by many renowned chefs... all under the chairmanship of René Meilleur chef Savoyard with three stars and president of the Conservatoire des recettes de montagne. In the evening, Toquicimes dinners are served in participating restaurants in Megève.
