In the authentic setting of the former hospice of Charity, you can visit not only an 18th century chapel, but also an exhibition area (former Megève Expo gallery) dedicated to the history and heritage of Mégève. The permanent exhibition is entitled "Three Centuries of Solidarity in Megève", revealing the unique history of the House of Charity, which has become a hospice. For the curious, the museum houses a real 1952 cable car in its gardens, reminding that Megève was the first winter sports resort in Haute-Savoie. Guided tours are provided by the Association des Amis du Musée de Megève (on reservation).
