JFF - JEAN-FRANCOIS FAYOLLE
Best Bakery Worker in France, Jean-François Fayolle, known as JFF, the baker of Les Saisies - known, among other things, for his chocolate lollipop with 70% cocoa to melt in hot milk -, opened his own bakery and pastry shop in the centre of Megève, near Mont d'Arbois. Its regular customers come from far away to find its bread specialities and in particular: the Pantoufle in olive oil and the Capricette des Alpes, with onions, bacon and Beaufort. Its pastries are just as delicious, as are its innovative sweets. Not to be missed during your travels in the old village.
