An authentic local institution has just been sold. The family brand Laiterie Gaiddon was founded in 1933. Since September 2018, this "boutique à l'ancienne", transformed into an elegant and trendy delicatessen and creamery - with a selection of quality products, especially farm products - has thus become the property of the Beaufort dairy cooperative. The design room with its contrasting decor of dark wood and milky white objects displays a wide selection of farmhouse cheeses from the Savoyard mountain pastures or those made in Flumet in Savoy: reblochon, tomme, beaufort, goat and sheep's cheese.... The dairy also offers a wide selection of mountain products such as sausages, Beaufortain meat, crozets, jam, wine, etc. An address that will have to convince.
