In this restaurant, the oldest business in the shopping mall of the Auchan d'Epagny shopping center (access through the Parmelan gate), despite the very attractive formulas, there's no cheating, just naturalness: we wash, we peel, we cook... Salads in different sizes, beef tartare prepared with a knife in front of you, marinated meats, scallop risotto, Savoyard or veggie burger, veal escalope with forest sauce, tiramisu of the moment with chocolate fondant...
