Du choix, il y en a, mais on peut se demander comment autant de magasins de vêtements et de mobilier réunis au même endroit peuvent tourner. De nouvelles enseignes s'implantent régulièrement comme un bar à ongles, un atelier pare-brise, un escape game virtuel et début 2020, une grande surface bio avec encore un restaurant et une salle de sport, donc on trouve forcément son bonheur. La ligne de bus 7 permet d'éviter les bouchons. Il existe des chèques cadeaux Grand Epagny qui sont valables chez un bon nombre de commerçants de la zone.
