HAMLET OF SAINT-ANGE
The stone in the Fées, located at the entrance to the Commune commune on the Rockeries plain, is one of the few dolmens present in Haute-Savoie. Classified in historic monuments, it consists of a granite table of the Mont Blanc planted on three tiles. Legend said that once "a knight had to bring four big stones from the plain to create a wedding feast table" in order to marry the one he loved and respond to the challenge of his future stepfather. Legend still says that he was helped in his crazy business… by fées! The myth of the stone in the Fées was born and with him a site that we visited today willingly with family.
