Stéphane Mignot settled with his Colombian wife at Fontaines to offer a delicious cuisine. The owner, a former butcher, presents an outstanding meat menu and classics: paved beef, homemade rib steak, homemade tartare or meat fondue and calf's head.
In winter, mountain specialities with fondue are at your disposal. Dive into “exoticism” with sauerkraut and homemade couscous (on request). Specialities of the other world and guacamole with shrimps, ceviche, empañadas (slippers of meat) and pepper con carne are also available.

À l'auberge des Fontaines, la carte est bien fournie. J'ai goûté à leur tartare maison. Délicieux.
