This former farmhouse dating from 1870 has been beautifully renovated using environmentally-friendly, non-polluting materials. The rooms are real cosy nests, all dressed in wood. The cuisine is based on fresh produce from local and, where possible, organic producers, and the menus are available in vegetarian versions. This unique setting has been awarded a well-deserved fourth star for the past two years!
