LE CABANON
Restaurant located at the entrance of the village, on the road to the resorts, offering traditional cuisine with fresh, seasonal and homemade dishes.
At the entrance of the village, on the road to the stations, this old, old hotel annex, all wood and glass - temporarily brocanted - was transformed by Damien and Aurélie into a charming restaurant with carefully decorated decoration. The atmosphere is cozy and the fireplace contributes to the tranquility of the place. In the beautiful days, the terrace is really a plus for this beautiful address. Damien's sought-after cuisine and Aurélie smile combine pleasantly to make us discover this traditional yet innovative cuisine of fresh, seasonal and homemade dishes - even ice cream! On entry, a cevich of oysters to the sweet and doughnut, transports our papillae; followed by a convincing coquelet in two ways to the fragrances of the Basque Country, while a sweet macaron puffy closes to surprise us. Finesse and creativity characterize this beautiful cuisine! You can even order and take these delights to taste them in privacy.
