Farmhouse Reblochon PDO, made immediately after milking, farmhouse tomme, farmhouse raw-milk raclette and fromage frais are produced all year round on Sandra and Pierre Angelloz's farm at Forgeassoud Dessous in Saint-Jean-de-Sixt. In winter, we sell directly from the farm. During the summer, from early June to late September, the herd travels to the alpine pastures on the Aravis pass to graze on the fresh grass. Two enthusiasts and 45 dairy cows to delight you all year round!
