Opened in 2016, in the heart of the village of Saint-Jorioz, this restaurant with its contemporary décor remains nevertheless friendly and the service attentive. On the menu, fusion dishes such as this beef tataki or seared tuna and its vegetable maki with sesame seeds, octopus salad with pineapple, but don't forget its regional accents with these snails of Poisy and mushrooms cooked in cassolette. The transalpine origins are also there: creamy burrata flavoured with white truffle oil, risotto with parmesan cheese and candied tomatoes... A few flights also to the Mediterranean with this yellow artichoke chicken and barigoule juice. Elegant and good!

Concept original, une cuisine de qualité, des saveurs nouvelles ... un vrai régal pour les papilles et pour les yeux.
Une équipe accueillante et aux petits soins. Quel bonheur de trouver une présentation soignée, des mets variés, la fraicheur des assiettes à un prix tout à fait abordable.
C'était une magnifique balade gourmande... je recommande sans hésitation.
