C'est étrange, il me semble que vous vous êtes trompé sur l'hôtel.
Tout d'abord, nous n'avons aucune réservation à votre nom. et puis tu as marqué que ta chambre était froide ! vous pourriez allumer le chauffage! c'est pas compliqué
