LE CHALET DE L'AULP
On one side La Tournette and on the other side Lake Annecy. Between lake and mountain, the Chalet de l'Aulp takes us to the top to enjoy a breathtaking panorama and traditional Savoyard cuisine made from the good products of the family farm. In the Fillion-Robin family, we have been perpetuating a tradition of welcoming and eating well in a magical setting for over 50 years. Here, the cows graze in the mountain pastures with hiking trails. The air is invigorating and stimulates the appetite. When you return from your walk, in the late morning or late afternoon, you should sit on the tables of the farm in the middle of the mountain pastures to enjoy the cheeses made on site and the local charcuterie. Two menus are the main attraction: the famous homemade potato fritters (made to order), fresh white reblochon of the day, of course, smoked ham, sausage and green salad; or tartiflette with a good refined farm reblochon. Other specialities: the fondant and the traditional white tomme from the alpine pastures. A simple and tasty meal that attracts hikers to the Tournette trail. To bring back: white or refined reblochon.
