In the enchanting setting of Talloires Bay, on the shady terraces of the Cottage Bise, with the pleasure boats and the lapping of the lake in the background, every meal is a gourmet reverie to share with loved ones. In this marvellous setting, chef Olivier Suire offers a skilful blend of tradition, the famous Bise recipes, and his own personal creativity. Among the dishes on a delicious menu are roast sea bass, squid and shellfish, aïgo boulido as a vegetable Vierge or a Rack of Lamb with thyme, before an intense chocolate. Christine and Jean-Claude Bise's century-old restaurant delights us with each new season.
