A breath of fresh air in the charming village of Vaulx, not far from Annecy! The setting is rural for this gourmet house, tastefully renovated and run by a passionate duo: Séverine and Eric Durand. A sunny welcome accompanies a cuisine composed essentially of local, quality produce. On the terrace shaded by a wild grapevine, very pleasant in summer, or in the cosy dining room, savour tasty dishes such as this risotto with parmesan and truffles or this fillet of sea bream grilled a la plancha. Small dishes, big moments.
