L'AUBERGE DE MAISON ROUGE * * * *
Located in an old farm in the early twentieth century, the owners of the Auberge de Maison Rouge managed to preserve the authenticity of the building: stone walls, visible beams, walled walls… It floats in the air as an indescribable feeling: be in Haute-Savoie and elsewhere at the same time. It must be said that Marie-Laure, the mistress of the places, was able to juggle between Savoyard and South-West styles (Basque dominant): a footprint of its fervent adoration of the countries of the south - the fans of the cement will find a little loaded. It doesn't stop there, except for the themed rooms, the menus bring all the flavors of the Gers, Béarn… with of course a wine list exclusively from owners-gatherers. A few gourmet products can be brought home through the nearby gourmet grocery store. Sophisticated rooms, refined and tasty dishes (albeit at a low price) prepared by the restaurateur Jean-François Mériot. A great boutique and relaxation thanks to the well-being area. Everything is organized so that a passage to the Auberge de Maison Rouge remains an unforgettable moment!
