An incredible novelty, a gathering place (incidentally, what Tikerak in Inuit means) to break the ice while admiring Canada's traditional arts. Located in the Faubourg des Annonciades, at the gates of the Old Town, this art gallery - the only art gallery in the province (there is one in Paris and six in Europe) - does not just present admirable works of art, works carved in the serpentine and inspired by nature, everyday life or "visions" of artists. The gallery displays the works of major artists from the Cape Dorset community, the most recognized. A place full of life and magic to discover.
