FRUITIÈRE DU PARMELAN
The Parmelan fruit farm produces and refines PDO reblochons, in large quantities: 5,000 per day, produced from the milk of local farms. Combining traditional know-how and new techniques, this terroir fruit farm belongs to Fruitières Chabert. A family that has been perpetuating the local tradition since 1936 in Vallières and that, since the 2000s, has gradually integrated many independent fruit farms in Haute-Savoie and Savoie into its fold. The store offers cheeses from Savoie. For private individuals, the visit of the gallery and workshops is free and open to the public. Be careful, the manufacturing workshops only operate in the morning. The visit ends with a film: "From farm to table". For groups, guided tours are available by reservation. A site that is part of the Itinéraires des Fromages de Savoie network.
