A stone's throw from the town hall and the church of Viuz-en-Sallaz, a nugget unearthed by Le Futé. A small restaurant by its size, but an immense address by the welcome you receive and the cuisine you eat there. It's now 6 years since Yoann Boiteux and Emilie opened their "table". A recently rebuilt long room where everyone can find their place, right up to the terrace, which is very popular from the first sunny days, especially with children who have fun in a green area equipped with games. Yoann, who has worked at large starred tables all over France, creates a cuisine of envy, a cuisine of the moment using seasonal produce. Working on the classics in his own way, he gives us his own vision of cooking that is both precise and original on a menu that is renewed every month with magnificent combinations of flavours. Home-made desserts in the same spirit and wine list in harmony. With each visit, new gourmet surprises and a perfect dressage. Great culinary art!
