A Capucin Gourmand in two versions, but always with the same charm and the same quality for a table which is declined in Bistro and in Gastro. A cosy, warm chalet where you are always welcomed with a smile. At the helm, Chef Guy Barbin prepares home-made dishes using fresh, high-quality produce. A cuisine that combines tradition and modernity for flavours that are revealed in every bite. On the Bistro side, in a slightly retro décor, traditional dishes are simmered: Magland snails, prime rib and Savoyard gratin... Terrace to take advantage of the good weather and beautiful wine list. Gastro side, elegant room, well laid table, impeccable service for a tasting menu that follows the seasonal market and the chef's inspirations: home-made duck foie gras cooked in a terrine, warm lobster in vinaigrette, foie gras parmentier and potatoes with truffles, lobster blanquette. Cheese board and Millefeuille with cream and candied orange. A truly gourmet Capucin, a caterer who also takes care of our meals at home or in the dining room.
