In the heart of Allevard, on the banks of the Bréda river, overlooked by the summer terrace and large bay windows of the superb dining room, this restaurant combines the old walls of an old mill with the modernity of a cosy decor. The beauty of the place, taken over by Vincent over a year ago, and the pleasure of savouring wood-fired cuisine full of flavour. Fresh, quality produce, grilled to savor skewers of beef, duck, filet mignon... accompanied by homemade sauces, grilled andouillettes, gambas or croziflette.
