Tradition is good. A meal at Le Régence is guaranteed to be a treat in a comforting atmosphere with a cuisine entirely homemade by the chef, Maître Restaurateur, Thierry Llorca. Gourmet dishes between local products and specialties from the South-West, the chef's region of origin. Easy parking, warm room to savor a foie gras of duck fried with sherry vinegar, a duck breast cooked on the grill, a beef entrecote, from a local breeder, with boletus mushrooms, seasonal vegetables. Famous cassoulet with melting beans.

Un petit Pousse-Rapière en apéro, une soupe de pruneaux toute l'année, ou un gratin d'abricots frais et boule de glace vanille maison, en saison... vous ne pouvez qu'être comblé !
La prochaine fois, cet automne, je parlerai du gibier : il paraît que Monsieur Llorca excelle dans son mitonnage.
Vraiment, une adresse à ne pas manquer !
