The restaurant has chosen to work with a short menu that changes 3 times a year, creating dishes that reflect the seasons. Diners can choose from a menu of fish and meat dishes, accompanied mainly by vegetables. A la carte dining is also available. A breakfast room, separate from the restaurant, is reserved for hotel guests, with a breathtaking view over the garden. In summer, breakfast, lunch and dinner can be enjoyed in the garden by the pool.
