Opened in the heart of Bourgoin by 4 friends with a passion for good food, including chef Benoît Pelvet, Monsieur B makes gastronomy accessible to all. The creative seasonal cuisine is based as much as possible on local produce from short supply chains. Delicious combinations are offered, such as this fillet of pollack, shiitake broth and smoked tea, rice vermicelli and pakshoi, or this vegetable dish of peas, 18-month Comté cream, brick leaf and wasabi. Beautifully crafted cheeses and a wine list to match.
