Bourgoin is a surprising town, home to a number of gourmet nuggets. The 99'Saveurs, opened 3 years ago by two best friends, is a wonderful discovery. Yanis, a chef who has worked in Michelin-starred establishments, and Nils, a maître d' who excels at serving wine. In a cosy setting, gourmets can enjoy creative bistronomic cuisine based on seasonal produce. Each month, a short menu with 3 starters, 3 main courses, a vegetarian plate of the moment and 3 desserts. A fine wine and cocktail list.
