If the mill does not work yet, the oven is in perfect condition. The bakers produce twenty-six types of bread, using ancestral methods based on observation and repetition of gestures, slow fermentation and cooking in the firewood oven. The choice is difficult: traditional wheat (campaign, bis, complete, integral), pure rye, walnut-filled nuts, grapes, chocolate, bacon cubes, olives, 2 cheeses, or the doping of the athlete of five cereals and grapes created for the Tour de France in Grenoble in 1999, or the benoîton made of pure rye and grapes… and one Don't talk to you about pastries, granola energy cakes that you simply love with white cheese. There are also delights to discover on the markets of Lyon or in the 8 th to 49 th Avenue des Frères-Lumière.
