AUBERGE DU CHÂTEAU
Inn at the foot of the medieval castle of Bressieux appreciated for its elegant setting, shaded terrace and quality cuisine
Some establishments are distinguished by their cuisine, others by their setting... Some have everything for them: the kitchen and the setting! Located at the foot of the medieval castle of Bressieux, the Auberge du Château de Christèle et Xavier Vanheule is distinguished from a gourmet Bib in a famous red guide for the quality of the cuisine of a chef who succeeds in mixing tradition and creativity, working with local and other more original products. In an elegant setting, inside and out, with a shaded terrace, tables well set to enjoy a cuisine that varies according to the seasons. The perfect Fortress egg, croutons and smoked bacon parsnips, parmesan cheese cream; roasted skrei back, virgin oil, capers and olives dried tomatoes or a 16h calf chuck, fried foie gras escalope and winter vegetable stew; to finish in perfect harmony with a mango symphony and speculoos biscuit, coconut emulsion. Very beautiful cellar, also rewarded with a cluster, to achieve major agreements. Gourmet and smart address.
