Let's go and meet a chef from La Rochelle, who made his name at the Auberge de Malatras in Tullins, before going to the prestigious Terrasses d'Uriage where he passed a mention of dessert on the plate and his Brevet Professionnel de cuisinier. Another beautiful meeting, that of Mélodie, Alexis' wife, who brings sunshine to an already warm room with elegantly set tables for a meal to be shared in all conviviality. Great room, beautiful summer terrace, nothing is missing to our happiness. Starting with plates that are at once tasty, colourful and generous prepared by a chef who has the will to serve a cuisine of modern tradition. Here, everything is homemade (the bread, the terrines, the unavoidable foie gras, the sauces... and even the ice creams) from good local products; the producers are clearly presented on the menu. On the Terroir menu: a shredded Charolais beef chuck, mustard seeds, cream of boletus and bacon chips. To be followed by a pink trout à la grenobloise, parsnip purée and crunchy vegetables or a wild boar stir-fry with peasant bacon and chestnuts, cooking juices and home-made gnocchi. Sweetness of mature cheeses and a plate of home-made sorbets. The wine list has the same demanding spirit, offering beautiful food and wine pairings. The Relais Saint-Hubert welcomes groups and organizes your private receptions. Address to share.

La cuisine est excellente, le service est parfait et ne traîne pas en longueur, le cadre très agréable été comme hiver. Pensez à réserver sous peine de repartir bredouille !
