Le Clariant is both a restaurant and a mountain refuge. That already gives you a clue. And if it's not a trail you have to follow to get to this address, it's a path and a 30-minute walk (easy) from the Corrençon Nordic site. At the gateway to the Réserve des Hauts Plateaux, a place lost in the middle of nowhere, with no water or electricity, where you can enjoy home cooking using only the finest seasonal produce, flame-cooked before your very eyes. Everything is homemade by Nico and Jean-Rémi. A unique experience.
