On this side of the Halle de Crémieu, Maison Berlioux was a gourmet institution that changed hands. Éléanore and her sister Joséphine, who have been running a patisserie for over 60 years, continue to write the gourmet story in the company of Maison Berlioux's pastry chef: year-round artisanal and seasonal pastries made with local produce, desserts that have made the reputation of the place, such as the tarte Julie, and a lemon tart that made our mouths water.
