On this side of the Halle de Crémieu, Maison Berlioux was a gourmet institution that changed hands. Éléanore and her sister Joséphine, who have been running a patisserie for over 60 years, continue to write the gourmet story in the company of Maison Berlioux's pastry chef: year-round artisanal and seasonal pastries made with local produce, desserts that have made the reputation of the place, such as the tarte Julie, and a lemon tart that made our mouths water. Located in Crémieu, Pâtisserie Sœur des Lys is an artisanal patisserie born of the partnership of two sisters, specialized respectively in commerce and the culinary professions. Their entrepreneurial spirit, combined with the richness of the region, encouraged them to offer desserts inspired by the Lyon tradition. With an emphasis on homemade desserts, they source quality ingredients and fresh seasonal produce from local producers. The à la carte menu features artisanal pastries and individual entremets, with flavors that are both modern and authentic. On the sweet side, you can sample the "Paradisio", a blend of mango marmalade, creamy lime, puffed rice cookie and white chocolate. You'll also appreciate grandma's best recipes, whether for cookies, brownies, flaky brioches or pound cakes. For all your events, tea parties, cafés gourmands, birthdays and more, the house offers full customization of your cake, from shape to decoration and taste.
