LA MAISON HAUTE
In Grenoble and around Grenoble is shining a new generation of cooks who will, finally, give us the desire to go to the restaurant tasting what one might call modern gastronomy. Among these young talents, Thomas Chegaray made his weapons in very beautiful houses, from Trap Crillon to the famous Shangri-La, then alongside a certain Cyril Lignac… Income in Grenoble, this original Basque - hence the name of his restaurant for those who would speak a bit of this language - opens his Upper House. Cozy bistro ambience, clear woodwork, welcome and impeccable service to offer us a kitchen made from fresh products, carefully selected from local producers for today's cuisine full of flavors. A real gustative success over the seasons: perfect egg, coconut cream, yellow place, carrot, carrot, crescent or pork filet, crushed potatoes, to finish on a tiramisu. Dishes as beautiful to watch as delicious to taste. A house to discover without delay.
