Not far from Lake Paladru, Provence invites itself to iseroise land. A road road opens the keys to a small paradise. A terrace covered in a house with Provençal bastide, two tastefully decorated rooms (adjustable for your private events) and a charming reception make the chef Didier Guillard's cuisine even better. A genuine cooking enthusiast, he has the same talent to prepare a menu of the Market as a menu of the Earth and Sea where the plates offer a farandole of harmonious flavors: Fresh duck liver fresh natural duck with toast and spicy toast pears; Back of royal ripple just seized risotto of small spelt to marine and white algae of fisherman's juice. Superb training in plates, precision in the kitchen, quality products and inspiration in recipes, everything to make the Olive Tree a recommended address.

De bons petits plats préparés avec passion ..un service irréprochable et un personnel très sympathique!

Un peu à l' écart , mais très bonne table , assiettes belles et soignée , et surtout on s' est régalé ... Un bon Rasteau à la carte des vins ...

A very nice restaurant in the surroundings of lake Paladru, a little away from the main activities in the area. A refined cuisine that does not lack character. A word individuals for the extraordinary desserts ends and beautiful, so rare in restaurants. Good address on holidays.
Warm welcome, service, good, in its original presentation.
Day before yesterday, we had a beef bourguignon in main course.
Welcomed for lunch on the day of St Sylvestre: one + during storage at dinner.
Menu at €14, very reasonable prices compared with quality offered.

L'entrée n'est pas réellement mise en valeur, des jardinières envahies de mauvaises herbes nous accueillent, quelques tables en plastique sales et non rangées sur la terrasse.
A l'intérieur un décor de mauvais goût de part le nombre de styles différents, des fleurs en plastique dans les coins, des cadres brillants kitch.....
Le personnel n'est pas réellement souriant, c'est pire pour la personne qui nous parait être la patronne, notre serveur passera tout le service avec une trace de main farinée sur les fesses.
Rien d’exceptionnel non plus de la part de la cuisine, foie gras très bon cependant mais ensuite lotte trop cuite, sauce insipide, purée de piquillos elle aussi insipide, dessert banal mais addition salée pour cette qualité plus que moyenne.
Très surpris de voir que cet établissement est recommandé par le guide Michelin, cela doit faire fort longtemps que l'inspecteur est venu. Je pense que cet établissement vit sur ses acquis mais pour moi n'est pas du tout à la hauteur de sa prétention.
