You have to believe that girls like to do sport between them because Fit Studio is a 100% female fitness club. A small club with a human size welcomes you to learn new disciplines like the Zumba, subtle mixing between fitness and Roman dances. Form and well-being are the key words of the different formulas. Personalized coaching. Whatever your needs are: muscle reinforcement, abdos/fessions, etc., a solution is possible. At Fit Studio, we practice Combat, Pump, Zumba, Step or muscle reinforcement.
