Unusual restaurant offering gourmet regional cuisine.

You know you'll have a lot to apologize for when you leave A Confesse. That's the paradox of this truly atypical place, which uses a few religious elements - notably the doors of a confessional - to make us succumb to the irresistible temptation of the finest processed cheeses. A veritable local institution that has been established in the Saint-Laurent district for almost 50 years, where all generations come in procession to feast on the sins offered by Sister Raclette and other devilish fondues. Twenty fondue recipes to share for 2 people or more, plus sweet fondues, mainly chocolate, for dipping.

Un restaurant super chaleureux dans un cadre très pittoresque. Une carte très fournie qui nous propose de sortir de la traditionnelle fondue Comté-Emmental-Beaufort. Un tout petit bémol sur le pain qui pourrait être de meilleure qualité, mais largement compensé par un service des plus agréables.

Un accueil très sympa, une bonne cuisine, un cadre original, c'est parfait ! Ca donne envie de revenir en hiver ,) je recommande ! Merci à nos 2 hôtes !

Le cadre est génial, la restaurant porte bien son nom car on rentre littéralement par un confessionnal ! Pleins de détails dans le restaurant, on a adoré ! L'accueil était super, le service rapide et la fondue délicieuse ! Merci à toute l'équipe :)
