Unusual restaurant offering gourmet regional cuisine.

You know you'll have a lot to apologize for when you leave A Confesse. That's the paradox of this truly atypical place, which uses a few religious elements - notably the doors of a confessional - to make us succumb to the irresistible temptation of the finest processed cheeses. A veritable local institution that has been established in the Saint-Laurent district for almost 50 years, where all generations come in procession to feast on the sins offered by Sister Raclette and other devilish fondues. Twenty fondue recipes to share for 2 people or more, plus sweet fondues, mainly chocolate, for dipping.

The disappointment, fondue resembles bechamel sauce and is served with bread 'as campagne" (precision of the owner) but industrial and really bad.

Hello, attending this confessional regularly residing in station Savoie and pleasant and know fondues, I add a comment. Here they usually are successful and particularly original. Crepes are also well for those who prefer. To meet Valletta in Giraffe; -) which is the purpose of this missive. It is not a channel or teaches moreover and I on the products are houses, it is possible in this case of " louper" the hart a fondue house. on the other hand a less comment (or!) and the cuisto mishap (ethiopians) will be transformed into a miracle (better! ; -) and is on for this human and warm restaurant.
