Suppose for football players, that there has been a "transfer" to the Lyonnais with the departure of the former team and the arrival of Gaetan Calabro in this beautiful gridlock in the centre of Grenoble not far from the Jardin de Ville. And suppose that us the Lyonnais supporters have been very happy to see that the service and food quality remained the same with the team change. Well bravo! With a chef by profession in the kitchen, those who love good Lyon dishes will still enjoy eating there (warm rooms among which one air-conditioned upstairs, ideal for receiving groups up to 40 persons and for private or professional events). We also love the late opening hours (until 11.00 p.m.) to eat well after shows or a movie session. The great traditional and generous menus of Gaetan Calabro offers his specialities: morels quenelles, the famous chicken with crayfish, andouillette with grainy mustard, ravioli gratin with foie gras, a more regional sausage gratin with Mont Blanc, or fine flattened oysters n. 2. Lyon wines from the Vallee du Rhône or from Beaujolais and homemade desserts like the black forest, the upside-down tart or the praline tart, a real speciality from Lyon.
