Suzette makes crepes with seriousness and lightness. In a Strasbourg street that's all about gourmet delights, Suzette doesn't make our wallets go up in flames by offering galettes, crêpes and waffles. In a setting far removed from Breton imagery, a real cosy tea room with a girly touch, Assia offers homemade gourmet creations made from fresh produce. All that's left to do is call the galettes and crêpes by their sweet first names -Bernadette, Fanette, Pâquerette, Marguerite or Raymond-, not forgetting the inevitable Suzette. Artisanal beers and organic cider, with a few extras like salted butter caramel. Suzette rocks.
