FLAM'S
Cheerful and lively café-restaurant in Grenoble offering an Alsatian specialty, the flammekueche, and a wood-fired kitchen.
Flam's as a flammekueches, Alsatian speciality made of a very fine dough covered with a mixture of fresh cream, white cheese, spices, onions and bacon, smoked, very hot oven input. The classic recipe then comes in a thousand and a way: The traditional authentic, the fresh mushroom Nachos, the famous honey goat, the most local Saint-Marcellin, or the Burger version, and the flam'skueche of the moment in slate. A nice corner of Alsace in the heart of the Alps. The cooking of wood, but also the mirabell salads and pie, call wine and digestive Alsatian to eat with moderation… and relish. A nice atmosphere in this gay and lively cafe-restaurant. A real neighbourhood appointment, a benchmark of people where newcomers are welcome. Booking recommended.
