MASITDA
Masitda is a traditional Korean restaurant that honours a special specialty in our country: the table barbecue. Attention not to be confused with the huge heated tables on which cooks make the show. At Masitda, no show in sight, but warm on the table with a modest barbecue on which everyone can grill its meat to choice: . beef or marinated pork, all served with rice and small vegetables. This is for the barbecue part. But Masitda is not just a cooking mode. There's also Korean specialities, really very fashionable these days. Rice dishes include a famous Bibimbap (white rice topped with beef, egg, shredded, kimchi and vegetables, accompanied by soup of algae) or Kimchi-jjigae, soup always accompanied by white rice. Both can be served in vegetarian form. Korean cuisine will be pimente with a Haemul Sundubu-jjigae. Cube to coconut or mini-cheese cake green tea to finish smoothly. At the end of the day, a culinary Journey like Grenoble will offer us without convincing ourselves.
