If you don't already associate quality meats with Korea, you'll soon do so on your first visit to Youjung. In this now pedestrian-friendly downtown district, you'll take a trip to Seoul to discover a gourmet concept: Korean barbecue. It's a very convivial concept, since it involves grilling exceptional meats in the middle of the table, like this mature French beef or this Japanese wagyu, absolutely remarkable for its marbling. Beef, chicken (including a yangyum chicken to try out), pork (in bibimbap, for example), accompanied by vegetables and homemade sauces with varying degrees of spiciness.
