Le Katmandou, which opened its doors 12 years ago, takes us from the Alps to the world's highest peaks, thanks to two Nepalese women who wanted to share their country's culinary specialties. Typical objects and a serene atmosphere reign in the dining room as you sample unfamiliar flavors. A great specialty of this traditional cuisine is momos, tasty ravioli filled with beef, chicken or vegetables. Vegetarians will be delighted by their dedicated menu. Other specialties include the famous Aloo Chop and lentil-based dishes such as Dal soup or Dal ko tarkari (curried lentils). Off to Kathmandu!
