Such is the case at Ô Bo Bun, where these traditional Vietnamese salads are made by passionate chefs who wash, peel, cut and cook fresh produce chosen with love (French Charolais beef, French batavia and carrots...). The bò bún is a salad of beef(bo in Vietnamese) and rice vermicelli(bun), which can vary according to taste. The base remains the same (lettuce, soy, carrots, gluten-free rice vermicelli), to which you add one or more hot ingredients and seasonings of your choice. The choice is yours.
