The tastes are kept and the dough is both crisp and fluffy. The master of the premises, of course, added to his map, the essential Italian pasta (Sicilian is a delight) and other lasagna to salmon and aubergines, not forgetting the various specialities of aubergines, forming part of Italy's culinary heritage. You will have four types of lasagna on request, as well as a choice of salads and meat (the filet fillet or Venetian steak). Gambas, fish, beef carpaccio and salmon are also part of the feast.
