An alternative, atypical restaurant in the heart of the still lively Chenoise street. A small address by the size, but where it is strongly recommended to book if you want to taste the difference proposed by this great grand lesson! What makes one of the originalités of this head to L'Envers, apart from the mixture of flavours, is that one can laugh at the scents of desserts. In fact, what is trying to highlight this establishment are special flavours that do not necessarily take place elsewhere with a marked predilection for products derived from organic and reasoned agriculture. Even if the decor is absent, the plates form beautiful compositions and discover an explosion of tastes and even vegetables, otherwise too often dull and poorly prepared, we jump to the taste buds. An address that will be recommended to our vegetarian friends who will be well received, but also to those who want to broaden the range of flavours in a "food drink". The Head à l'Envers remains open in the afternoon, offering us products of the local quality (condiments, honey, syrups…).

Atypique, savoureux et succulent. Nous somme toujours reparti la panse bien rebondi en ayant passé une bonne soirée.
N’oubliez pas de reverser, les places sont chères car il n'y en pas beaucoup.
Le gout, l'originalité et la qualité des aliments sont là. L'accueil est sincère et authentique, c'est majoritairement des produits locaux et dès que possible bio d'après le cuisinier.
Et en plus la personne qui gère le restaurant prend la monnaie locale le Cairn.
Une belle adresse.
