LA PASSOIRE
Cooking of fresh produce in a restaurant with a bar in Grenoble.
Culinary art isn't the only thing that inspires this Passoire, where every day of the week offers a seasonal dish to savour while discovering a new exhibition. At the entrance to the Saint-Bruno district, along the railway line, this Passoire hides its game well by offering a terrace nestled in an inner courtyard between buildings. This atypical café-canteen is a bit of an informal affair, but the conviviality is shared at lunchtime, and even more so in the evening, with tapas. Seasonal daily specials made with fresh produce direct from the producer and vegetarian options. Exhibitions and concerts. A Passoire that's happily offbeat.
